We’re tenants of Astoria, Queens organizing our housing to build power as working class renters against landlords and developers. We host monthly meetings to retake control of our homes and help our neighbors organize our apartments to enforce our housing rights. We organize to combat unsafe living conditions, landlord harassment and retaliation, evictions, and attempts to undermine rent stabilization. It’s time to organize.

The fact that even under genocide, war, & occupation that @basel.sameer0 & other Palestinians in Gaza have to worry about paying rent under threat of death BY landlords on top of the IOF is deplorable. We are boosting @basel.sameer0 campaign as a tenant union in solidarity with ALL tenants & oppressed peoples globally since it is all interconnected & what is just. We will be making a series of posts to boost this & similar campaigns & we hope you will join us in supporting our comrades & international community. Housing is a human right! Abolish rent!!!
